Thank you for your continued patronage of GAIO products. We are writing to inform you that we will be changing the license management system for GAIO products in order to further improve service quality and realize more effective license operation.
The license management module will be changed as follows, providing the license management system for GAIO products.
Previous: FlexNet (Made by Flexera Software, USA)
Future:CodeMeter (Made by WIBU-SYSTEMS, Germany)
e.g.) License use between
a Linux license server and
a Windows PC
・Collaboration with WIBU-SYSTEMS,
which has a branch office in Japan
・Improved ease of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) compliance
・Countermeasures against US inflation
・Avoidance of exchange rate impact
Impact on the use of conventional GAIO products will be minimal, while resolving existing issues!

We aim for a complete transition within fiscal year 2028 and will migrate the system in stages.

We will provide the CodeMeter license management system and CodeMeter-compatible GAIO products to customers with a valid maintenance support service contract.
For details, please refer to the "License and Migration Guide" (Scheduled for release at the end of March 2026).
After the release of CodeMeter-compatible GAIO products, we will notify maintenance contract users by email etc.
We kindly ask customers to download and install the new version themselves.
Sales and support will be discontinued from fiscal year 2029 onwards.
