Regarding MPU Exchange Services During New Year's Holidays
Our shipping department will be closed for the New Year's holidays
from December 26, 2025 to January 04, 2026.
Customer who require an MPU exchange, please complete the MPU exchange application by December 24 18:00.
Your MPU exchange will be processed on of December 25.
If we receive your application on or after December 25, it will be processed on or after January 5.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: The above date and times all refer to Japan time.
