Please note that any inquiries submitted to the GAIO dedicated inquiry page after 17:00 on Friday, April 26, will be responded to in sequence from May 7 onwards.
If you are planning to do an MPU license exchange, please be aware of the application deadline below.
For customers planning to replace their microcontrollers, please pay attention to the following application deadlines:
If we receive your application by 18:00 on Thursday, April 25, we will ship your order within the day on Friday, April 26.
If we receive your application after Friday, April 26, we will handle it in sequence from Tuesday, May 7 onwards.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding.
[Notice of license authentication management server maintenance]
Maintenance on the license authentication management server will be performed during the following period.
Maintenance period:
Apr 27, 2024 9:00 to Apr 29, 2024 0:00 (JST)
reactivate maintenance renewal licenses, or deactivate licenses for any of our products.
In addiiton, license authentication for microcontroller
replacement using Coverage Master winAMS cannot be performed.
Access to Gaio License Center will also no longer be available.
Note that if the license authentication has already been completed, there is no work/impact.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate
your understanding.
