CoverageMaster winAMS MPU Exchange Service Guide
Service Overview
About the MPU Exchange Service
Users with an active maintenance subscription can exchange the MPU type to be used in CoverageMaster winAMS/General. The MPU type that can be used is registered in the license that we delivered at the time of purchase. Using this MPU exchange service, the MPU type registered in the license can be changed.
Conditions
A valid maintenance subscription is required to use the MPU exchange service. If you don't have a maintenance subscription, or your maintenance subscription expired, please contact our Sales department to activate your maintenance subscription.
MPU Exchange Process
The MPU license is contained in the License ID (Activation ID). To change an MPU license, fill out the MPU exchange request form linked below. We will send you the new license by email to the specified address within 2 business days.

1. User: Fill out the MPU Exchange Request Form
2. GAIO: Send the new license to the User
3. User: Authenticate (activate) the new license
Depending on your license configuration, deactivating the license first may be required. If deactivation is necessary, we will send you a "License Deactivation Request" email. The MPU exchange process will proceed once the license has been deactivated.
About the MPU Exchange Request Form
Use the MPU exchange request form linked at the bottom of this page. The required fields are listed below. A Site ID (UserID) and password are required to access the request form. If you have not yet received your UserID or password, please contact us.
License Owner Information: contact information of the person who owns the license to be changed
1. License ID (Code starting with "std", ex: std01234-5678)

MPU License Information: Information about the MPU license
1. Current MPU (to be disabled).
2. New MPU (to be enabled)
Note 1: See the "CoverageMaster winAMS : Support MPU List" page, "MPU Type" column for a list of available MPUs. Please confirm that your desired MPU is on this list before applying for an MPU exchange.
Note 2: You can also exchange to the "General" MPU used in "CoverageMaster General".
Note 3: If you have multiple MPU licenses, you can enter in the "Comments" field how many licenses you want to exchange. This will enable you to perform the MPU exchange with 1 application.
Example 1: Enter the number of MPU licenses to be exchanged
std00xxx-0001 has 2 e200z7 MPU licenses, exchange 1 for 1 TriCore MPU license
Example 2: Specify the product ID
d00xxx-AIA-17-00001 e200z710/z410/z425 exchanged to TriCore
