【QTE01】Installation and Licensing Issues

QTE01_04 : License Error

【question】
When the QTE command is executed, the following message is output and an error ends.

QTE-COMMON-E200001 : Invalid Database file.qteLog

How do you handle this error?

【Answer】
Please check the following in the order of @ to B below.

@ The target error occurs when the license client is not installed.
  If you have not installed the license client, please do so.
  For information on installing the license client, please refer to the following website
   https://www.gaio.co.jp/support/flexNET_lic/linux/flexnet_install.html


A The URL listed in qte.conf may be incorrect.
  If the URL is incorrect, please correct it and restart the licensing service.
  For the restart procedure, please refer to "4.4.1 Startup, Termination, and Status Check of License Service" in the User's Manual.

B The license server may not be communicating with the machine on which it is running.
  Make sure that the machine on which the QTE is installed and the license server are in communication.
  If communication is not available, make sure that communication is available and then perform the QTE again.

If the above measures do not resolve the error, please contact our support.
