How to Contact User Support

User Support Request Flow

1. Enter the details of your support request into the New User Support Request Form

Access the New User Support Request Form from the URL linked below. Enter the details of your support request, including your contact details, User ID, etc. As needed, attachment files can also be securely sent along with your support request.

User Support Request Reception Hours:
9:00 - 17:00 Japan Standard Time (UTC+09:00)
(excluding Saturday, Sunday, National and other Company Holidays)
User support requests received outside of the reception hours will be handled on the next business day.


2. Confirmation Mail Sent

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that your support request has been received.

User Support Hours:
9:00 - 18:00 Japan Standard Time (UTC+09:00)
(excluding Saturday, Sunday, National and other Company Holidays)
User support requests that could not be replied to during the user support hours will be handled on the next business day.


3. Email Reply from User Support Staff

Once prepared, replies to user support requests will be sent by email to the "To" and "Cc" email addresses entered in the support request form. Email replies by the user to received user support emails will not be received. To reply, please use the link included in the email received as detailed in #4 below.

 

4. Replying to a User Support Email Received

A URL link for replying to a user support email that was received is included in the email sent by our user support staff. Click the URL link to access our support webpage and enter the information to send to our user support team.
