QTE02_02 : Functional safety coverage, error when executing prepare command

When the prepare command is executed in functional safety coverage mode, it outputs the following message and exits.

QTE ERROR 040 : Detected source analysis error.
QTE-COMMAND-E104002 : Failed to prepare.
Please delete ********** directory.
yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss,ERROR [TG-040],(7367,7367), Analysis error occurred.

How can I address this error?

This error is caused by an unconfigured or missing system include path setting.
Therefore, please set and add the system include path to the QTE configuration file.

The system include path is set in the "system-include-dir-list" option in analysis.json.
Please check the value of the "system-include-dir-list" option.
