011_04: Can I use Remote Desktop to connect to a PC running CoverageMaster?
Question:
We have successfully installed CoverageMaster winAMS and confirmed that CoverageMaster works properly on a PC. Is it possible to connect to the PC from a remote PC and use CoverageMaster?
Answer:
CoverageMaster/CasePlayer2 V6.2.1 and before do not support the use by Remote Desktop. With these versions you must directly operate the PC on which CoverageMaster/CasePlayer2 is installed.
CoverageMaster/CasePlayer2 V6.3 or later support the use by Remote Desktop.
