Object File, OMF Conversion
017_04: "Failed to read the object file" error during OMF conversion.
Question:
I am using Renesas's compiler (HEW SH C/C++ Compiler Ver. 7.1.03). When I try to OMF convert, the error "Failed to read the object file" is displayed. How can I solve it?
Answer:
If you use the ELF/DWARF object format to compile using Renesas's Compiler, the generated object will be in DWARF1 format. Because CoverageMaster's OMF converter doesn't support DWARF1, change the format to SYSROF.
