C01_05: How do I fix a "Font Error" that occurs when displaying documents in CasePlayer2 or during Word Conversion?
Question:
On Windows 7, when opening a generated document with CasePlayer2 a "Font Error" occurs and the document isn’t displayed properly. Or during Word Conversion, the same "Font Error" occurs and the conversion fails. How can I solve this?
Answer:
On Windows 7, using extremely small zoom ratios ("View Scale" or "Print Scale" that make it impossible to see the text can cause a "Font Error". To solve this, increase the "View Scale" or "Print Scale".
