C01_06: How do I fix a [Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time Error '5487'] that occurs during Word conversion?
Question:
Using Word 2010, when trying to convert several documents to Word format (*.doc) with CasePlayer2, a [Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time Error '5487': Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error] message appears and the conversion fails. However, converting files one by one completes successfully. How can I solve this?
Answer:
This error can be caused by certain Antivirus software such as
Kaspersky Internet Security or Trend Micro Virus Buster. To solve
this, temporarily disable the Antivirus before performing the Word
Conversion.
