Site ID (user ID)

Information that identifies the license purchaser

Access password

Password for using the download/version update site.
The password will be invalidated when the maintenance contract expires.

5. Environment/Equipment Essential for Using the Service

Environment where email can be used

Essential for exchanging information. A MIME-compliant email software is required for exchanging attachments.

Environment where HTTP (browser) can be used

There is no restriction to the speed of the line.


6. When the Access Password Becomes Invalid (Disqualified)

The access password given becomes invalid, except for cases of physical failure, because the expiration date set for the password has expired. If you subscribe to the annual maintenance service, your access password will be valid for one year.

7. If You Forget Your Access Password

Please contact us from the user support inquiry page below.

If it is within your maintenance contract period, we will inform you of the access password by e-mail.

8. If You Do Not Have the Necessary Equipment (email, etc.)

As a general rule, then this service cannot be used.
Product delivery by media is available for a separate media fee.
