C01_01: How do I fix a [Run-time Error '5941'] that occurs during
Word conversion?
Question:
I'm using Word 2000. When trying to convert documents to Word format (*.doc) with CasePlayer2, a [Run-time Error '5941': The requested member of the collection does not exist] message appears and no Word document is created. How can I fix this?
Answer:
This error occurs with old versions of Word 2000. The problem can be fixed by installing the Word 2000 service pack from the Microsoft website. As of April 2011 Word 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) was released.
